What is Pledge 10?

After our successful media training programmes, we noticed a common challenge: limited opportunities for our participants to take their next career steps. And we’re on a mission to change that narrative and to create incredible, tangible opportunities for budding talents in the region.

Avalon Insights have pledged with us to work on bridging the skills gap and being the driving force behind a young person’s first steps towards their dream job. Through our Pledge 10 partnership, we will be making a real impact and providing valuable experiences for local young people whilst making the West Midlands shine brighter.
